Hi, I am Dibya Jyoti Roy. I am working as a Software Engineer in Azure Networking, Microsoft, Vancouver. I am currently working on Azure Private Dns and Internal Dns.

  • Private Dns: By using Private Dns zones, users can use their own custom domain names rather than the Azure-provided names available today. Using custom domain names helps you to tailor your virtual network architecture to best suit your organization’s needs.

Crowd Sensing Based Human Activity Recognition

IEEE MDM 2017: "UDAT: User Discrimination using Activity-Time Information"

  • Developed an Android App which collects sensors' raw data.
  • Used Google ActivityRecognition API.
  • Trained and tested the data on two models - AdaBoost and KNN.

  • Real-time streaming of tweets using Apache Spark.
  • Detection of co-occurring hash-tags.
